Kris filed a lawsuit today to end his contract with S.M Entertainment. At the begining everyone tought that is was just a silly rumor but started to get real when Kris' submission was spreading online

Kris felt depressed because he doesn't see his family regularly, he wants to become an actor and model and he can't when S.M is sticking him to sing and rap

There are strong rumors about he already is interested on another company and this is the one who is helping him with the legal action. It's the second time that he tried to leave the group (first time on 2012)

*Point of View: S.M has never been good with her contracts, they always ask more than what they give, but EXO is on the top right now. S.M had focus on EXO the whole last year and as an EXO and S.M Stan, sometimes I see it very unfair for other groups of the same company as SNSD, SHINee and f(x) who have all their members and specially SHINee and f(x) doesn't get the support they should have and accept everything because of their fans and are even sunbaes.
EXO just had their official comeback and He obviously have his reasons, but what about the other 11 members? How they are feeling with this on the middle of their promotions?
A true EXO fan who is going to accept his decision but he should have wait just a Little more after the "Overdose" promotions...

When I saw this guy pictures just getting of the car getting off the car I thought: "OMG HE LOOKS SO COOL!" Kris always give sexy performances and sorry Suho, but Kris is definitely the Visual leader.
